My goal was to catch a redfish in the marsh today while kayak fishing. Redfish (aka red drum) are amazing fighters and they can tend to be elusive in the Ormond Beach, Florida marsh system. That’s the bad news. The good news is that they’re fun to catch and they also taste great! So, will I accomplish the mission before I run out of daylight?
