Rig ’em Right!

I’ll show you how to rig the two soft plastic baits that work well in the marsh for me; a DOA CAL Shad Figi Chix (Chicken) paddle tail with a jig head and a Down South Lure Chicken of the “C” (Sea) that I rig weedless.

This episode of “catch of the day” is a follow up to episode #1 where I showed the reason why I carry two rods and use these two soft plastic baits.

In this episode I show you how to rig them. The first, a DOA CAL jig head and Figi Chicken (Chix) paddle tail is great, until it comes to fishing in grass beds. In that case, I use a weighted worm hook and rig up a Down South Lure Chicken of the “C” (Sea). Following that strategy helped land the big one in episode #1!
